ARRI HMI M08 800W

The M8 is the latest and smallest projector in ARRI’s highly successful M series of HMI projectors. Like the rest of the M series, the M8 is equipped with MAX Technology, a unique patented reflector design that combines the advantages of both Fresnel and PAR projectors.

The combination of an open-face design and the unparalleled efficiency of the MAX reflector technology makes the M8 exceptionally bright. In fact, the light output from its 800 W lamp is comparable to that of a 1,200 W Fresnel or PAR projector (with lens). The unit can be focused between 15° and 60° by simply turning the focus knob, producing a remarkably uniform light field with sharp, clear shadows. By eliminating the need for bulky and easily breakable diffusion lenses, the M8 streamlines workflows on set.
